4 ciabatta rolls
4 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
150g watercress
75g fresh parmesan shavings
Split the rolls in half and drizzle both sides with oil.
Fill with as much watercress as you can cram in then top with the parmesan.
Press both halves together to flatten and cut each roll in half before serving.
