Ingredients
3 1/2 lbs chicken, cut into pieces
4 tablespoons flour
4 teaspoons cornstarch
4 teaspoons mochiko sweet rice flour
4 teaspoons salt
4 teaspoons soy sauce
4 teaspoons sugar
2 eggs
1/4 teaspoon baking soda
Directions
1Wash chicken and dry pieces with paper towel.
2Mix all other ingredients and pour over chicken. Place in covered container and marinate in refrigerator overnight.
3Deep fry.
