Ingredients
1/2 cup soy sauce
1/4 cup fresh lemon juice
2 tablespoons mirin
2 tablespoons water
Directions
1Combine soy sauce, lemon juice, mirin, 2 tablespoons water and bonito in small bowl.
2Let stand 30 minutes.
3Strain sauce through fine strainer; discard bonito shavings.
4Serve with Beef Tataki.
