1 to 1 1/2 lb flank steak
salt and pepper
1 can (30oz) fruit cocktail
1 tbs olive oil
1 tbs lemon juice
1/4 teriyaki sauce
1 teaspoon vinegar
1 clove garlic
minced Sprinkle flank steak with salt and pepper; place in crock-pot. Drain fruit cocktail
saving 1/4 cup(s) of the syrup. Combine 1/4 cup(s) syrup with remaining ingredients; pour over steak in crock-pot. Cover and cook on low for 7 to 9 hour(s) or until tender. Add drained fruit the last few minutes. Lift out of pot; place on platter; cut thin slices of meat across the grain. Serve with the fruit cocktail.
