Lemon Ginger Tea

Amount Measure Ingredient — Preparation Method

1 Qt Water

3 Lemons — juiced

3/4 Lb Fresh Ginger — peeled and thinly sliced

1/4 cup Honey

Lemon and Lime Slices to Garnish

Bring the water to a boil in a saucepan. Remove from heat.

Stir in the lemon juice and ginger. Cover the pan and let steep 20 minutes.

Stir in the honey,and strain through a cheesecloth-lined sieve into a pitcher.

Chill thoroughly for several hours.

Serve in ice-filled glasses.
