Deviled Swiss Steak

1 tablespoon dry mustard
1/4 cup all-purpose flour
1 1/2 pounds round steak — 1″ thick
1 cup carrots — peeled and sliced
1 cup onions — sliced
1 1/2 cups canned tomatoes
2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
salt
pepper
Combine mustard and flour; pound into steak. Season with salt and pepper.
Melt butter in a large saucepan and brown steaks on both sides. Add remaining
ingredients, cover, simmer 2 hours.
