Ingredients / Directions
# 3 cup(s)s of flour
# half a cup(s) of caster sugar
# 1 cup(s) of coarsely ground roast almonds
# 1 tbsp. ground cinnamon
# 1 whole egg and the yolk of and egg
# 2 cup(s)s of olive oil
# 4 tbsps of brandy
# 2-3 cup(s)s of icing sugar(for coating) # Pre-heat the oven to 350F

180 C
# Put the sugar and olive oil into a bowl and beat thoroughly
# Add the almonds
cinnamon
eggs and brandy
then slowly beat in the flour until the mixture turns into a soft dough that does not stick to your hands
# Divide the dough into small pieces that can be moulded into a similar shape to a walnut and place on a lightly greased baking sheet
# Cook in the center of the pre-heated oven for about 20 minutes
# Remove from oven and allow to cool before sifting icing sugar over them until they are completely covered
