Ingredients
2 lemons, juice of
1 teaspoon catsup
2 tablespoons white sugar
6 tablespoons water
2 teaspoons cornstarch
1 teaspoon lemon zest

Directions
1Add sugar, the juice of 2 lemons, and the zest of one lemon and catsup.
2Mix cornstarch with the water and slowly drizzle into mixture.
3Simmer over medium, stirring constantly heat until sauce thickens. It should only take 2-3 minutes for the sauce to thicken.
