1 lb chicken breast
2 green peppers
1 medium onion
2 tablespoons flour
2 tablespoons sugar
2 tablespoons soy sauce
1 teaspoon hot Chinese chili paste
2 tablespoons chicken stock or water
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 dash salt and pepper

1Cut chicken into a 1-2 inch size and season with salt and pepper. Place the chicken in a bowl and evenly coat with flour.
2Slice green peppers and onion into strips.
3Combine sugar, soy sauce, chili paste and chicken stock or water in a small bowl.
4Heat a saute pan with olive oil. Place chicken and brown both sides. Add green pepper and onion strips, put a lid and cook until chicken is heated through and the onion and pepper strips become tender.
5Add the seasoning mixture and cook until heated through.
6Serve immediately.
