1 (18.25 ounce) box yellow cake mix
3 egg whites
1 1/4 cup(s)s canned plain pumpkin
1 cup(s) orange juice
1/3 cup(s) sour cream
1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla extract
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
1/2 teaspoon allspice
Glaze
1 1/2 cup(s)s confectioners” sugar
1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
Mix together all the cake ingredients for 2-3 minutes. Pour into a greased Bundt pan. Bake 35-40 minutes.
