4 large scallops shelled
225g asparagus
55g pine nuts
2 tbsp olive oil
1 frilly lollo rossotype lettuce
salt and freshly ground black pepper

6 tbsp salad oil
1 tsp sugar
1 tsp salt
1 tbsp red wine vinegar
1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
