1 6-oz. can frozen lemonade concentrate
1 750-ml. bottle chilled champagne
2 3/4 cups unsweetened pineapple juice, chilled
2 cups club soda, chilled
1 1/2 cups dry white wine, chilled
2 cups vanilla ice cream
In a large punch bowl prepare the lemonade according to package directions. Add champagne, pineapple juice, club soda and wine. Stir gently. Top with
scoops of vanilla ice cream. Makes about 32 (4-oz.) servings.
